Provost Lab draws on three decades of combined higher education leadership experience. We have conducted feasibility studies, led and lived through program reviews, and navigated the competing pressures that academic leaders face: enrollment, financial sustainability, program quality, mission, faculty concerns, and board expectations.
The tool we always needed.
We have made difficult program decisions and lived with their consequences, and that experience shaped Provost Lab. It is not a generic analytics platform adapted for higher education. It reflects our own process and judgment, built into an environment that helps leaders ask better questions, test assumptions, understand tradeoffs, and make choices they can explain and defend.
